My wife purchased a durango about a year ago and its been worked on several times. At first they were helpful and worked on it with the warranty company canceling, so they added their own. And now it needs some other work and after we said our name they stopped replying to us.

Sold my daughter a car with rust and oil issues. No mechanic wants to work on it and THEIR warranty inspector stated issues where there before she owned the vehicle. Rude and unprofessional. She is pregnant and has small children driving a car that is unsafe. Taking to BBB, News and anywhere else to get this resolved.-UPDATE: HAS NOT BEEN A YEAR. We recently purchased a car from Auto Gallery and it was a night and day experience from dealing with a “Dealership”. Friendly, courteous, and more than willing to work with you with what you need. Worked with my bank 2 states away and was able to drive away with a nice car the same day! David and Carlos are great people and the cars seem to be great quality and great priced!
