Location is permanently closed. Drove there today and it’s a completely different business getting ready to open in this building.

The worst customer service I have ever received! I bought my car at the Murrieta location but they are closing and I’m now forced to communicate with the Corona location for my broken down car. I have called repeatedly and left messages and emails to no avail. The used car manager is very unprofessional and can’t pick up his phone or answer his emails. Don’t recommend buying a vehicle from them if you expect good service AFTER the vehicle is purchased.

I went to Corona from Murrieta to look at a 2015 Ford Mustang. I had an appointment. They said they were going to have the car washed and ready to go. The car was still dirty when I arrived. Test drove it and was willing to negotiate. Andrew the sales manager came back with $5000 of Bull you know what, that were supposedly put on the car. I asked if they could remove those charges since I never asked for them. Andrew said let"s negotiate. I was willing to pay what the car was listed at.
