Kayla was a tremendous help and very nice!! Much nicer than Hayes dealership in Gainesville!!!
I came in to the service department today needing help with tires for my car. I had the pleasure of meeting Kayla and working with her on this matter. She was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made my experience here today a wonderful one. I would recommend that if you are needing help with service of any kind that you ask for her. Very sweet lady. Thank you guys so much.
Sold them my car in February or March and still have not received my refund from Gap insurance or the extended warranty.. they keep telling me to deal with my finance company and the bank keeps telling me to deal with them.. its almost 3,000 dollars in refunds that I guess they've just kept. I wouldn't waste my time over a couple hundred dollars but several thousand gets under my skin. It's been 5 months with no luck. Good luck dealing with these people I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking to buy or sell
