Sold them my car in February or March and still have not received my refund from Gap insurance or the extended warranty.. they keep telling me to deal with my finance company and the bank keeps telling me to deal with them.. its almost 3,000 dollars in refunds that I guess they've just kept. I wouldn't waste my time over a couple hundred dollars but several thousand gets under my skin. It's been 5 months with no luck. Good luck dealing with these people I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking to buy or sell
