I bought a truck here about a year ago and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Within the first couple of weeks after I made the purchase, the transmission went out and I was left without a vehicle for almost a month. The used transmission that was put in by the warranty company only lasted about 9 months and now it’s been 2 months that I have been without my truck because they keep sending faulty transmissions and refuse to rebuild. I had a great experience purchasing a used van. I was given a very fair price and a excellent trade in offer for my vehicle. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that with most used car establishments when the vehicle leaves the lot that is it, they are done with you. I had some minor issues with the vehicle and without hesitation I was told to bring it in. They fixed it promptly and at no extra cost to me. I will definitely purchase another vehicle in the future from Auto Gallery.

It was an ok experiance, my fiance michelle jay purchased a 2014 durango earliar this year. We added a warranty to the vehicle. Today we recieved a letter stating the contract was rejected months after we have purchased the vehicle and we have had no contact with the warranty company as we have ran into no issues with the vehicle yet

Very disappointed. Bought an Audi from them 4 months ago and I’ve had to get over 5000 dollars in repairs. I was told this was an excellent and reliable vehicle. Going to have to sell this vehicle and get a reliable one asap.
