Most people talk about how sneaky auto shops are where they bait and switch or wait for any chance to increase prices and make things up as they go. Well, this is one. If they tell you something that they will do make sure it is all in writing. They dont hold their word well and just see you as another sucker. I really thought I found a good shop. How disappointing.
Nobody beats AutoFrank... I always take my vehicles there and have referred many family and friends. Friendly, courteous, and always great work on my vehicles.
I have had a couple of cars repaired by Franks Auto and feel they are honest, dependable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Franks Auto to anyone.
