I had a brake emergency and needed help fast. Holly at Auto Fix was incredible—she fit me in same-day, arranged parts quickly, offered me a courtesy car, and gave me a fair, upfront quote. They had my car done in under 3 hours while other shops were booked out for a week. This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Holly and the Auto Fix team are absolute gems. Highly recommend!
Hello. For the second straight year, over the Fourth of July week, we have been in the Ottertail area and we have needed brake work done on a vehicle. Again, we confidently contacted Auto Fix and again we received fantastic service. They are professional, they are polite, and they do a great job. Also, they communicate well, both in person and online (the online registration worked great). The Ottertail area is fortunate to have a great auto service center.
