I’m giving one star because my sales rep has always been amazing, but what happened today was extremely disappointing. I walked in at 5:30, fully expecting to be helped since I thought the store closes at 6. Instead, I was told by an employee who was counting money that they were already closed. When I explained that I was paying with a credit card, she responded, “I already ran the report.” I run multiple businesses, and I know firsthand that a report can be re-run.
