(Writing for one of kids) Took car in to get new alternator covered under warranty I purchased. The service team said battery was no good I need new one. So I bought one told them not to put in. After learning car was done and ready for pick up. They wanted to charge me for new battery and said old one was disposed of. I told them I didn’t want new battery but they installed anyway.
