The team at auto fierce is top notch. Right from the start I felt very taken care of. Jenny was very clear with the quote and was extremely helpful with both warranty covered items as well as non covered items. Full description of parts and the associated costs, included taxes and there were no hidden or surprise fees. As far as timing, the whole process right from starting and submitting the warranty claim to actual repair time was completed quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be coming back for all my auto needs.

Been using these guys for years now a they always do excellent work at very competitive pricing. I live in Vernon now and I drove to Langley for them to replace my AC compressor, Oil change and wiper blades on my wife’s BMW as they were $1600 cheaper than anyone in the Okanagan.
