Horrible experience and bad customer service. Called the day before and they told me to stop by to look at my car next day. Drove 40 minutes to get there, just so they refuse to even look at the vehicle because they were too busy (then why did they tell me to bring the vehicle?). Afterwards the owner told me he doesn't work on Saabs, even though I told them the year, make and model of my car the previous day. I don't know if they're good at their job, but I'm not giving them a second chance. Poor customer service. They have ... read more
