Updating my rating to reflect my unhappiness over learning that brakes weren't done before I took the car, as I was told they would be. Now I either have to cover brakes out of pocket even though I *just* got this car, or make a 4-hour roundtrip back to Auto Factory for them to 'look' at it. Until this point, I'd been happy with the experience, but the brake thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I do like the car, though. Looks nice, runs well, priced right.
My first car buying experience has been wonderful. I bought a Toyota Camry and so far it is great. The staff was always courteous and not pushy. Bill was awesome he made my first buying experience great and I left feeling like I made a great choice Thank you guys will recommend.

Bought a 2011 Chevy. Absolutely love it! Such an easy and fast way to buy a car. Brian was great to deal with and will definitely be doing business with them again!!
