We had a really seamless experience hiring a wheelchair-accessible Kia Carnivale for the weekend. Amy was kind, helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and informative. The hiring process was straightforward. The van itself was less than a year old and it was easy to drive. The wheelchair attachments were easy to use by a novice after an expert tutorial from Amy.
The service Amy provided was exemplary. I could not highly recommend this company to hire an accessible vehicle from. Amy Met us at the airport to deliver the vehicle and was on time and so helpful. We Received a parking fine for parking in an accessible wheelchair space as we Did not display our disability sticker. Amy kindly lodged this with the council and was able to retract the fine. We hired 7 seater hyundai which was perfect. Extremely spacious and suited our needs
