I am furious with this scam of a company. I had the warranty for almost a year now and just had my first breakdown. This company has refused to pay for it. I am now out almost \$2,000.00 for the cost of this repair. THEY DO NOT COVER THE COST OF OVERHEATING EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY DO. BUYER BEWARE AND MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT IS NOT COVERED LIKE RADIATORS AND HEAD GASKETS. I am sick that I got taken by this company and dont let the same thing happen to you.

After selling this vehicle, there wasnt a need for the warranty. Not only did this company fail to make Mepco Finance Corporation(the company Auto Extended Care uses for retrieveing payments), aware of the cancellation, but I had to get in touch with them myself after receiving letters threatening to cancel me for non-payment. I agree this company is a scam and very soon their tricks to lure people in will be revealed. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY! They dont want to fix anything. If your looking for a refund fight it out in the courts. DO NOT CANCEL GET YOUR FULL REFUND FROM THEM! Fight it out in the court system.
