Chuck was amazing. We were driving home and we ended up getting a flat on the side of the freeway - with a dog and toddler in the car. AAA was over two hours out and couldn’t do much to assist. Everywhere was closed, but Chuck was still available. Chuck took our call, found a tire in his garage and was able to replace it. Really nice guy who genuinely cares and wants to help others! He had us in and out super quick with a repaired tire. Kept us and our toddler warm with a heat lamp. Thank you again for all your help!
Chuck was awesome, he got me right in on a Saturday evening and I had my car back on Monday. I had a connection to my transmission break so my car wouldn’t shift. He took care of me like I’d been coming to him for years. I will definitely be back if I have car problems again. Fair prices and great service.
This was without a doubt, the WORST experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I wish I could have had the experience all these other people had. Mine was far from it. Where to begin? I went in to get my power steering and right front axle shaft fixed. It began to go bad when Chuck INSISTED I come to his house so that he could show me exactly what had to be done to repair the axle shaft. I have a very busy schedule. Chuck is PHENOMENAL. We were in Michigan for a week visiting my family and really needed somebody trustworthy and speedy that could get the truck in asap as we had babies and a puppy with us. He was easy to get in-touch with and quick with his text responses. Competitive pricing too it seemed. We wish we could bring him home to Charleston SC with us!
