Poorly run management don’t trust. Updated Updating my review after the dealership’s response. You are correct that I was not the customer test driving the vehicle — my sister was. However, I became directly involved after she called me crying because her vehicle had been towed during what was approximately a 10-minute test drive. Do not go here! I called ahead to schedule a test drive. When I got there the salesman was outside smoking and saw where I parked and said nothing. The dealerships parking lot was full so I parked in the adjoining lot and there was no clear sign it was not allowed. I was gone 10 mins test driving the car. When I returned my car was gone. They towed a car in their own parking lot while looking at their cars. Do NOT go here!!!! It’s a scam.
