Very friendly staff and knowledgeable techs. Kaka is great and has helped me out before
Absolutely not recommending. My grandma who’s super senior got scammed at this shop. She was told to change parts in her car that was never needed. She went for an oil change and left with $845 bill. We then visited another shop in Cambridge and were told she never needed any of that job but is common for this shop to scam elderly people.
My car broke down on the 401, and I had the luck that Auto Expertz was the closest place to tow my car because it was exceptional service and great value!
