Definitely try this place out ! Rather you just need an oil change or if you need major work down ! Dale the guy to go to very trustworthy and good to work with. I won't go anywhere else.
I have used Auto Experts of Texas several times and have always been happy with the service. They are honost and dont beat around the bush and are fairly priced. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy auto shop.
Dale is my go to guy on all my Diesel trucks for the last 5+ years, sometimes I call him 5 times a day with different issues I'm having on a truck and always answer my questions and seems to get me in and out of the shop in a timely manner , Thanksgiving week was a short week and i had a issue come up even though he was booked up on a short week, he took care of me and made time to get it done, Thanks guys....................
I had an excellent experience at this local mechanic shop. The team was friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense, and they never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I went for a grid heater replacement to switch the stock grid heater to a power banks and when I received my truck back, it was slowly just getting problems after problems When I went back to address the problem, I didn’t get any real help or accountability. Instead of owning the mistake, they brushed it off and acted like it wasn’t their fault. Now I’m stuck paying someone else to fix the damage they caused.
