Jai with Auto Experts was a tremendous help to me! Apparently, my alternator belt snapped or slipped off. I could hardly get my car back to my house from Auto Zone. However, Jai was helpful enough to conduct the repair on site at my residence, with a premium part and speedy service. I’ve been to mechanics and service centers before; they pale in comparison in regards to rates, performance and customer service. From now on, I’ll bring my car and business to the Auto Experts first before considering any alternate options.
When I brought my car in my AC did not work at all. By the time they were done, they had my AC working great, and the prices are amazing.
Mike and Tank were very knowledgeable by diagnosing the problem immediately. The timeliness of service and the speed at which my truck was repaired is second to none! Can’t say enough but the price as well! Expected to pay alot more than I did!!! Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!!!
