Nicole is and was amazing. Completely on top of things. I thoroughly enjoyed talking and working with her. A quality human being for sure. Service was great and the communication even better. Oh, and they have the most amazing Basset Hound there named “Ace”. I highly recommend this place!!!
Had to get my car towed to them because my engine misfired and was unable to be driven. The woman who helped me was very helpful throughout the whole situation making it less stressful for me. I told them I needed my car by noon if possible and they took care of everything quickly. They were able to address the issue on a timely manner and get me back on the road. I Would recommend! Their customer service skills are excellent!
Very professional and excellent customer service.
I really like the way they interacted with all their customers. Honest communication with services they received or didn’t receive. The way they explained everything to me about my vehicle and the willingness to give me professional advice on the next step. Highly recommend them their name says it all. I will be a returning customer.
