I think these people are ******. I just refinanced a vehicle with my primary bank. The vehicle was originally refi'd with *******and subsequently ****** *******Credit Union. Typically when you payoff a loan, you get a prorated refund for the the GAP policy depending on the months remaining on the loan. Not with Auto Exam! Not only do you not get any type of refund, the GAP policy is nullified when you refinance with another lender. So when you buy a vehicle, make sure the gap policy does not say Auto Exam.
