I took my car down as it had started to malfunction every time I got gas. the gentleman checked my car right away and printed the diagnostic report, and told me that I could get my car fixed for free from the Ford, as it was a production error. In the end, I did get my car fixed for free, and I am super grateful, as the gentleman could have easily charged me to fix my car.
The staff and their boss are professional. Their repairs are like going to a dealership. I highly recommend them.

Thursday afternoon, I heard a loud noise coming from underneath the car when I would accelerate. Was in Sugar Land at the time so took my car to Auto EMS, my dad’s go-to mechanic. They were packed but were able to diagnose the issue in a couple hours (a hole in the central muffler).
