Used to be a 5 minute drive from my house now it's a 45 minute drive in a city I hardly drive in. I wish I never bought a car warranty from them so I can get my oil changed done anywhere but nooo I have to go here for it because if I go anywhere else they will void it.
I can’t say enough good things about this dealership, Danielle went above and beyond to make sure my son’s car was gone through thoroughly and ready to go!! She made the process very simple and gave us many options. Not the typical pushy “car salesman”. I purchased a Honda Accord from this establishment in Ontario. Within two weeks I had to bring it in for rotors and breaks all around. After that I took it back for noises still coming from front suspension. Was always told "it's the new brakes", or "the noise will wear in a couple weeks". Basically depleting my warranty time! After that at least once a month SOMETHING in my front suspension is breaking. I've spent over $5000 fixing things that should have been addressed before the car was sold! Not only that........ I loved working with Danielle and Ryan. They went OUT OF THEIR WAY for me in so many areas. To start, I purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from them. Not only did they let me bring in my own tires and do some extra on the vehicle I had requested but they got things done efficiently.
