I took my car into Auto Electronics when it broke down on me. They checked it out and gave me a quote for the repairs they found it needed. They repaired my car; I was totally satisfied with their service. I was able to talk with the technician working on my car as well as the owner, they explained what they did and everything that was going on, and they gave me the old parts. I didnt need them but its nice to see what was replaced. Even the gals in the front office are very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their job and... read more

I took my vehicle there and they ran a diagnostic that I paid for. They told me I had to have a more detailed diagnostic, so I paid for that. They, then charged me for the repair..which I gladly paid for. The promised the vehicle in 2 to 3 day but it took almost a week to repair. Now the problem has shown itself again and when I called to report it to them, they said that I would have to pay to have the problem (that they didn't fix the first time) diagnosed again! They are a joke and I am now pursuing the matter legally!

I took a car there when I was out of my home town, and the people at this business give great service. Not only did they do an honest job, the owner even works there and things were done right. I wish this business were in my state so I could utilize them regularly when needed. I was impressed with the quality and personal care that you seldom see in the business world these days. I HIGHLY recommend them. If I get 'stuck" in Chicago with car problems again this is where you will find me!
