This garage will refuse to work on your car had to take to much more helpful garage namely J&P Autos in Grangetown Cardiff who did an A1 job in fixing my electrical problem with central locking and electric windows Cardiff 1 Skewen 0 not recommended 🤣
Took my car in on a Thursday. Sadly it failed it's MOT due to a problem from a service conducted elsewhere. I had the issue fixed elsewhere the same day. Friday I take my car back and within 2 minutes they verify the fix and pass my MOT. Great service and advice, very quick and friendly too,
Absolutely shocked at how Steve or shaun handled the issue my daughter had with her car she was concerned about her brakes on her car and asked Skewen Auto to check it out but when she returned to pick up her car and told that she had wasted 2 hours of there time looking for a fault that wasn't there great customer service.
Absolutely amazing experience here. Talk about helping a damsel in distress. They really were knights in shining armour here. They was very quick to fit us in to help us out. The same day and repaired the issue the same day. Cost was affordable too and was expecting it to be a lot more considering the issue and compared to other garages we been too. Very friendly approachable staff. Very inviting and explained things very clearly. They definitely will be seeing me again if anything needs doing with the car. Highly recommend.... read more
Needed a rush MOT done and they sorted it same day. All staff really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them .
