Had solar power issues with roof top camper Andrew and team sorted it out quickly and got us back on the road highly recommend them as they look after us travellers
A big thank you to the team at auto electric in Burnie for squeezing us travellers into their busy schedule and getting us back on the road quickly and safely. They were very friendly and helpful and knew what they were doing. Our caravan brakes were failing intermittently as we drove down from Cradle Mountain (scary). The redarc controller indicated a short circuit in the blue wire. Turns out that this magnet in one of the wheels was hanging loose and the wires were exposed.
Rip off. Quoted $700 to install brake controller and would take 2 hours. Ultra Auto quoted not even half that and would only take 30 minutes.
We had trouble with our caravan batteries just a day after arriving in Tassie, and the team at Auto Electric Burnie honestly saved the day! They were super helpful, nothing was ever a drama, and they kept in contact with us every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend them enough, friendly, reliable, and genuinely go above and beyond to help.
