What top exceptional service from Andrew who organised to fit me in next morning (today) after 12V AGM battery and Victron system shut down free camping. Andrew suggested I have full check before ordering new battery and his team including Craig and checked battery and systems including solar panels then explained everything so I now understand what’s required to keep system healthy. Top notch service by Andrew and his team over the past couple of days. He was able to rectify our battery sensor issue and book us in the next day to get it installed. Andrew also contacted Redarc and was able to get a "replacement new sensor" and therefore our only cost was a very reasonable labour charge. Hello, I strongly advise against this garage. They tried to rip us off, we had a problem with our battery, when we went to the garage they told us it was our alternator that had died. They gave us a quote and also asked us to pay beforehand. We went to 2 other garages and also to supercheap-auto and all were unanimous our alternator has no problem ... maybe because we are not from australia ?
Having a bad day and need my car headglobes fixed asap! They were booked out, but made it happen for me. Good price, good service, tha tha thankyou!
