Stopped in when the vehicle I purchased had a aftermarket stereo that wasn't playing audio, within a hour he had me in and out with the correct harness and my stereo playing audio on a '93 Ford.. will be returning for future installs I don't feel like doing myself
Top notch customer service. I had an issue with a device in my car. The owner wheeled his equipment out into the parking in the freezing cold to help me get it straighten out, staying 30mins after closing. Highly recommend
They charged me $350 less than 10 months ago to run a couple cords to a speaker/amp combo! $350!! About 2 months ago it just stopped working…I work 8-5 so it’s hard to get there during business hours, but today i FINALLY got the chance to go while they were open, for him to tell me, its gonna cost me $75 to even pull my car in to look at it!
