I recently took my car in for an air conditioning re gas. I was very thankful they were able to fit me in at short notice as I was having to go on some long distance travel at short notice. Not only was I happy with the service I’d asked for - the mechanics noticed one of our back tyres was low in air so, knowing we were about to head away, he went the extra mile and pumped it up for us too. Probably not a big impact to his workload but it made a big difference to me!!
