I had a terrible experience with this company. I had my vehicle towed in to their shop for service as it would not start. Turns out it needed about $1700.00 worth of work. When I picked up the vehicle I was assured it was completely fixed and that they had done an inspection and repaired everything that was wrong. I paid over $1,500.00 for them to diagnose and fix my car. Finally took it to GM for a diagnostic test, only for them to tell me it was a simple part I had already paid Auto Doctor's to replace early on in the process. When GM called Auto Doctors, they became defensive and argumentative saying the part had been replaced and they're not sure what GM is talking about. Great shop. Have had my car serviced by Auto Doctors Overland Park for years. They keep it running perfectly--my car is 11 years old. Always great service and fair prices. Quality auto repair. Thanks to the team there.
I have had several of my vehicles repaired at the Overland Park facility. They fixed a problem with my drive shaft that other mechanics could not figure out. Their prices are fair, but the advantage is getting the job done right the first time.
