Auto Doctor I came here because I am a AAA member and it is a AAA facility. They diagnosed the problem of my vehicle which was the alternator and replaced it quickly.
Great Service We had a car with cronic problems until coming to this shop. The staff was great! Very knowledgable and friendly. As a women I am always scepitcal of what a mechanic tells me thinking that they are just overcharging me, but with this shop I felt like I was getting an honest deal. They also offer a AAA discount which was a nice bonus.
FRIENDLY AND ON TIME Auto Doctor has been fixing our familys cars for years and I dont trust anyone but Ron to work on them. Always shoots me straight no bull. clean shop friendly and there top tech has a degree in electronics, so they fix the tough stuff for computers and so forth. I reccomend Auto Doctor to everyone.

BAD I took my jeep in to Auto Doctor because it was over heating. I was told the radiator needed to be replaced and i got the work done, I asked for the radiator back and took it to another mechanic they could find no major defects. a week later i had the same problem. I brought my jeep back to Auto Doctor and was charged an additional 60 dollars for them too check it out again. this time i was told it was the fan module witch i believe was the original problem. A Big Fat Zero!!!! The timing belt in our Kia broke and trashed the engine. Unfortunately we had AAA insurance so the tow truck took us to the Auto Doctor in Chico. After looking at the car they told us we needed to have the engine completely rebuilt and it was going to cost $4,200. They told us the engine would be fixed in a week. A week later we still hadn't heard from them. When we called they told us it would be another week. This was the case for a month. Outstanding Service I have been going to Ron at Auto Doctor for at least 13 years. I have referred all family members and my employeed to Ron. Outstanding service!!! Very, very professional. Provide shuttle service. Always explain everything so even my mom could understand. Everyone I've sent to Auto Doctor has thanked for me connecting them with such a great outfit. Very Bad I had my car into the auto doctor some time ago and feel I was takin advantage of. Not only were they not fair on the price, it took me several trips to get my car repaired right. I took my vehcile to a friend of mine and was told half the parts they installed were not neccessory and cost me a lot of money I didnt have. I would not reccommend this shop to anyone !!!!
Been Again and Again Okay I am given Ron and his staff at the Auto Doctor a World Class rating. Several reasons I have been there more then one time and the four or five times I have used this service center I have gotten just what I have expected from people who want to repair and service cars to repeat customers.
