I most definitely would NOT recommend Troy. I found him to be very dishonest and not trustworthy. he broke several parts of my vehicle while working on it, leaving it broke down for 13 plus days. then tried to make me pay for the repairs of the parts he broke. He even charged me for services he did NOT render. he’s apparently so broke there is no real assets in his name to even go after him legally for.
Troy and his son have been absolutely incredible to work with. They’ve gone above and beyond helping us repair a car for our son, and their patience and professionalism really stand out. We ran into an issue where some parts we purchased didn’t match the car due to a year discrepancy—something that wasn’t anyone’s fault—and they handled it with complete understanding and zero frustration. Mark did an amazing job and for a great price! Plus they come to you! Troy the manager is great also and up front about prices and no hidden fees. I will definitely be using these guys again
