Our travel trailer blew a wheel bearing while we were traveling back from Montana to Saratoga New York. The bearing damaged the other parts of the wheel . Everything had to be replaced. They overnight shipped in the needed parts while letting us stay in our trailer overnight in their driveway. We were on the road by 10 am the next day and make it home without any further problems thanks to Scott and his staff.
Scott and his team took excellent care of me and my car. I would recommend them over and over again. My car broke down a few miles out of town, while on a road trip from Idaho to Colorado. We called several places and Scott was the first to get me in right away. Once my car was there, he checked it out and figured out what we needed to fix it. Stopped by on our way through from Idaho to Colorado with an unknown engine issue, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Got us out of there within 10 minutes and since nothing was wrong they did it free of charge. Highly recommend!!
Been there four times and will definitely continue using this shop. First time I went in for a flat tire repair. They finished in about 15 minutes while I waited and it was cheaper than I expected. Next I went in for an oil change. They had my car finished quickly and were reasonably priced. I then went in to buy new snow tires. The owner's wife actually talked me out of spending the money on snow tires that late in the season. I am extremely grateful because it only snowed one more time after that. In mid-August my husband and I were in Pinedale as part of a long trip. We are finally home two months later and I asked him who he would choose to give a stellar review. He said Auto Doc! Our Subaru Forester started acting up in a major way. On a Monday morning my husband took it to Auto Doc, hoping someone could look at it that day. They were definitely busy.
