Cindy, not only responded at a less than convenient time on a weekend, but she set up a time to repair my F250 diesel. She was professional, worked hard, and most importantly, continued until my truck was fixed and on the road. It would have been very easy for her to just have me tow it to the dealership after completing what I had originally asked for, but she persevered to provide the best answer for getting me back on the road.
