I took my daughter's RAV4 here about a year ago. They did a great job for a great price. Yes, you can get more of a detail cleaning elsewhere if you want to spend over $400. Trust me, I'm checking on interior detailing for my Camry now and that's what the pricing is going. I will be heading back to Dr. Detail because they did a thorough job and I am a picky customer!
Took my car to get the inside detailed, had a display of a cicada on a stick superglued in.(wife loves taxidermy and insects) They ended up removing it. My wife loved it, but things happen. I let the owner know, just expecting an apology or something. He called and told me they still had it and to come in and get it. I drove back just for them to tell me they dont have it. I had to have my car interior thoroughly cleaned due to a foul odor. It looked like new when the finished! They washed the exterior but it looked like it had been waxed it looked so pretty! Thank you!
Dr Detail has been washing my trucks for several years. They get our stuff looking new again, and that says a lot with the work crews in and out all day with muddy boots! They always come back looking like new, whether I take a couple to him or he comes to our lot and details the entire fleet of trucks and equipment! Top notch service is rare these days! Dr. Detail needs his medical license revoked. I hate writing a negative review of a small business, but in this case, it's necessary. I've taken two cars to Dr. Detail, and both times I had to return the car to have work redone. This time, I took a car for an exterior hand wash and interior detail. On their first attempt, it seemed they hadn't even attempted to detail the interior.
