Please don't judge a book by its cover. There is major construction , rerouting and setting this business far from the main road. This business is renting the building out. They have a sister location in Winchester. Here, at Charles Town, the manager is Jackson (Army veteran) and he was amazing with communication at every step of the process. Fast, friendly, convenient location and straightforward. No nonsense about unnecessary up-selling, gonna be my go to shop going forward.
First time customer. Drove in for WV state inspection and they were able to perform the inspection right away! Ask for Jackson he was so great at answering my questions and telling me what repairs I'll need in the near future so that my car is running at its best. Shop was located right outside of Charles Town between Briggs Animal Shelter and the restaurant, TJ's Pitstop. Easy to get to right off of Rt 340. Jackson told me they also do Virginia state inspections here. 5 stars!
