We bought a 2010 Hyundai Getz to allow us to drive the length of the north Island in 10 weeks. The sale of the car was easy and it was great chatting away to Nev. The car did breakdown outside of wellington (due to a fuel pump failure, totally unforeseeable). Auto Depot accepted liability for the repairs and paid in full. The garage we took it too said Auto Depot was the most pleasant dealership to deal with. The after sales service from Auto Depot is nothing short of spot on. We are a workshop in Lower Hutt, a customer who purchased a vehicle from these guys came in with car troubles. We called Mack with the details and cost to repair. He was extremely accommodating and approved the repairs to get their customers back on the road straight away. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a great trade with genuine people.
Has been a great experience purchasing my car from Auto Depot. Was sold a Toyota Aqua by Nev and he was just wonderful to purchase from and made the whole process feel so easy. Encouraged us to take a long test drive and test it at high speeds and on hills, all great advice. Felt like he was upfront about everything and it didn’t feel like he was hiding anything from us, which we have had bad experiences with in the past when purchasing cars. Would buy a car from here again :)
