Their mechanic had our truck for a wk and couldnt find out what was causing our transmission probs. After our out of pocket expense($850) and out of time, we had no choice but to get it home(out of state) UNFIXED. We left there feeling taken advantage of and definitely NOT happy.
Can count on them Sept of 2005 and we were Katrina refugees that ended up in Franklin with some pretty serious front end problems on my Honda CRV. They were wonderful to us and took excellent care of my car as well at very reasonable prices. There was a comfortable waiting room with TV so we could stay up to date on the hurricane news. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my car not only repaired but vacuumed and washed and polished to a new shine.
