Exceptional service. The staff are very polite, professional, and helpful. Mr. Tyler always readily available to help deal with insurance adjuster to thoroughly inspect for vehicle hail damage. The turnaround time from start to finish only took a few days, way shorter duration than expected. Completely satisfied with overall wonderful staff and the positive experience throughout the process. I greatly recommend Mr. Tyler’s auto dent shop for hail repair service.
I had hail damage to my new 2023 Toyota Crown Limited Hybrid Car on by 05/12/24. I contacted Tyler Truong, the owner of Auto Dent Pros immediately because he repaired hail damage on my previously owned car, and his repairs were outstanding. My insurance company did their estimate, and thereafter Tyler came to my home on 05/21/24, completed his estimate, took our car and gave us a 2024 Toyota 4Runner to use free of charge except for gas, while our car was being repaired. Tyler and his team did an awesome job taking out my hail dents. Turn around time took 5 days to complete and I have to admit, they did their thing on my Dodge Ram 1500. Tyler was even so nice to give me a ride back home after dropping off my truck. True 5 stars. I would give 10 if that was an option. I will be taking back my truck in the event another hail storm occurs.
