They are scammers!! They were asking for way too much and wouldn't come to an agreement with my insurance company. It was a hassle getting my vehicle back from them because they didn't want to let it go. They told me from the beginning their rental car was free. When I turned it in after they couldn't come to an agreement with my insurance, they had the audicity to charge me $340 for the rental car. Scam!! Stay away!! The absolute worst decision I have made in my life. This trash company had my vehicle for 7 weeks and I had to bring it back because it was done poorly. Tyler is a punk along with their trashy office manager. Terrible experience all around and once you get your vehicle back it will NOT look as good as it did before your damage occurred. They mess things up along the way and claim it wasn’t their fault and they put 800 miles on my vehicle and left me with as empty of a gas tank as possible then denied it all. Wish you all could have seen the before and after pics of two hail storms that hit my car! These guys are amazing! I had just bought my new car and the hail storm came through 2 weeks after I bought it, then two weeks and another came through. 12,000 dollars worth of damages! These guys told me they could fix it, and I honestly did not believe them. I got my car back looking like it did when I bought it! They are great, plus no deductible and free rental car. Anthony was the man that made it all happen!! Thanks guys!
