The Salesman was excellent. Went above and beyond to get me pictures of the vehicle as I was purchasing from out of state. Biggest problem with this business is their titling process. They sat on getting my title processed for almost a month which led to me paying late title fees in my state and not being able to drive my car as temporary sticker expired before title arrived. Probably wouldn't purchase a vehicle from here again.
Typical predatory car lot. They're all smiles while rushing you through the process of taking your money but as soon as you have an issue, they have a totally different attitude. I missed a very poorly repaired dent while washing the vehicle the day after purchase because the cars on the lot are filthy and found the paint chipping and the metal underneath starting to rust. I went with my friend to Auto Credit Sales to help him purchase his first vehicle. He was approved through the North location, and the vehicle he was interested in was located at the Valley location, so we went there expecting to complete the purchase. When we arrived at the Valley location, we were told he was denied, even though we had already been informed he was approved at the North location.
