I specifically told them I did not want a vehicle with transmission issues and was assured the Ford Escape would be fine. Since purchasing it, I’ve gone through THREE transmission failures in less than 60,000 miles. The first failure left me stranded on the highway at night. Sold me a car with many problems. They would say it's fixed, then it really wasn't. I've had an engine problem and antifreeze leaking for two years. When I told them I was volunteering the car back to them they yelled at me and made accusations against me. I'm filing a complaint against them in Massachusetts. This company is just like JD byryder. Sells you a 5000 dollar car for 15,000. The finance company is a trash company ran by Balise and it's obvious. I'll never do business with these companies again.
This place sucks they harass you by phone and charge way too much money to lease a car
These people are absolutely rude and have no compassion. I had to stop working April 30th do to back injury and had no way of paying. I asked if they had anything that helped people in these kinds of situations. And she said no, you should read your financial paperwork Okay witch. I wish I never went with them. I have a 2017 subaru crosstrek they want $30,000 after I'm done paying and when I look it up it's lower than $14,000 anywhere else. Unbelievable I don't recommend them.
