Great vehicles up for offer at this establishment. The staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They are readily able to provide information on the cars and take deep interest in customers’ enquiries. Was a very quick turnaround from viewing to purchasing my car. Super pleased with the service and selection of this dealership. Highly recommend!
Vehicles look in good condition, but the staff here don't seem too enthused to help: you feel like you are inconveniencing them when asking about the cars, they don't offer any information, and generally they appear to be more interested in talking to each other/smoking a cigarette/tiding up the yard, then actually inquiring about what they can do for you and what your needs are. Very presentable yard, unfortunately the service is lacking.
Just bought a Toyota Rav4 delt with Jedd at the yard, had a good experience gave me a good trade in , and was not pushey at all , came to the party with minor details with the car fully recommend buying from this yard. Keep up the good work
I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru WRX STI from these guys. Jedd was a very honest and chill salesman who made the process really easy. Upon purchase, there was a problem with a faulty O2 sensor which Jedd arranged to have replaced very promptly with no cost to me. Since then, the car has run beautifully with no issues. We had 3 months rego and a 3 month warranty included with the purchase of the car. I highly recommend Auto Credit Cars for a smooth process and a salesman who doesn’t speak like a robot!
Andrew was great to deal with. Buying a vehicle interstate can be nerve-wracking, but from the very first interaction, he communicated clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even organised a video call so I could properly view the vehicle, along with the others at his location, which gave me real peace of mind.
