Took my van down to be fixed a few days after I bought it told the mechanic what the problem was picked it up yesterday today while driving it's doing the same thing. I really wish I could leave a zero star rating because he didn't fix it at all. When I asked for an invoice and what was wrong he said he couldn't tell me and refused to provide me with anything.He kept my van all day and didn't even fix it.
These people have been very good to me since I bought my Impala. I would recommend this car lot to anyone. All you have to do is communicate with them if there is a problem. I have never liked a car as much as I like my 2000 Impala. I recommend talking to Clayton in sales and Cody in service. A little rough around the edges, but nice guys underneath.
