Ben worked on our 2014 BMW X3, a vehicle we've put off work for a while. Amy's support, the communication, and the text to digital forward interaction was best in class. Every element of work was explained without pressure. Cost was 100% reasonable. This was our first experience with Auto Craftsman, and we will not go anywhere else.
Not impressed with services, and mis diagnosis of vehicle and repairs needed. The vehicle had to be taken to another garage for a more professional look and was then diagnosed correctly.
