Outstanding, “Above & Beyond” customer service. Legit & high quality work with timely updates and complete transparency. Already have recommended them to friends & family. They even “spruced up” the inside just because ….. a 2019 and it has the new car smell again
I had just bought a new BMW and got my side door slammed by an adjacent car. Caused a small but very noticeable and serious scrape down to the metal. Jim at Auto Cosmetics set me up and they did a great job at a very reasonable cost. They were great repairing another of my vehicles a few years back. And they constantly kept me up to date with their progress.
Jim and the technicians did a wonderful job on repairing my Honda Pilot after an accident. I will recommend them over and over! Thanks Jim for being so kind and keeping me well informed through the process.
