Mr Herra, I have a clear sign of where the parking is, you state we have plenty of room, that is not true when you park your unit in the middle of the entry way. We pride ourselves of being professional, and do that with every customer we deal with. Hope you got your rv issues worked out.
Stopped by with my RV to see about having them work on it and the first thing Bill says to me is to move my RV because he had a customer driving up. So I guess I'm not considered a customer? I did move my rig but the "customer " had gotten around because he had plenty of room. I asked a couple of questions but bill was not interested. The worst customer service. I will never return and will discourage everyone to find a better place who actually care about their customers and future customers.
Bill was super to work with! Gave great advice to get us through our first camper experience. Always available for resource.
