I always stop by Auto Concept for my car parts, because it is conveniently located along my route to and from work. I usually go at lunch time, or, as I did today, after work. There were five clerks there ready to serve the customers (all were busy!). I was looking for a head light bulb for my old Kia Optima. The name of the clerk who served me is Daniel. The store has always given me polite and helpful service. I always shop around but they usually have the best price. But even still just how they treat me, I don't mind paying a little more sometimes. They're service is that good.
