RecommendedExtremely professional staff throughout the entire process! They were able to schedule my repairs very quickly and my truck was even done before expected! They worked directly with my insurance provider, which made it a pain/hassle free process. The repairs made on my truck look exceptional!! I am very satisfied with their work and will be recommending Auto Collision Specialists to all of my friends and family.
Over inflated prices, unfinished work, unnecessary repairs, and poor customer service. They promised a loaner car twice during my repair and both times failed to deliver. Said it would be done on a certain day twice and both times called only hours before the scheduled pick up time because they "found" more repairs needed. I highly discourage anyone from choosing this place.
Dawn was incredibly helpful to us today as she clearly could see how upset I was with all the insurance red tape and my fear of driving my car. ..her cheerful.calm demeanor was so appreciated and she cleared up evetything within a few minutes....very professional and extremely kind
Do not bring your vehicle to this place. DO NOT use their courtesy car unless you want to be blamed for damage that does not exist. Furthermore, they will hold your vehicle hostage for the imaginative damage that they fabricate to squeeze more money. As if auto body does not cost enough. This establishment deserves a negative star on this review at the minimum. Feel free to look at the reviews from any forum and you will how shady this business is.
