They are very unprofessional and rude. I had my 2024 explorer minor repair for a scratch on back door and quarter panel. Got it back there was a place on the front door that looked as if it had been hit with a sander or buffer. Took it back. They looked at it and said it was there when I brought it. they said the door had been pained before. I bought it brand new and know that is not the truth. Very nice and helpful.
Took my Jeep Wrangler LJ in for an estimate for paint and color change. They priced it, gave me a date to bring it, jumped on it, allowed me to stop in from time to time and see the progress. They did an AWESOME job. I would recommend them to anyone. Chris and his team are great. Thanks guys.
