Walter provided excellent customer service. Showed extreme professionalism. Would 1000% recommend him if you swing by on your next visit.
I wish I had looked at the complaints before I went there. I don't know if they're fraudulent or just don't know what they're doing. Did high cost repairs without notifying me or my insurance for approval on them. 3 x's the original amount quoted, was suddenly the amount due!!!! Extremely stressful and negatively financially impactful on me. And the wait time for just a windshield repair was 3 weeks.
Walter has the best customer service. Definitely recommend, he’s the best.
