I would highly recommend ACG Covina. They have a very friendly staff and try their best to accommodate you. Mary at the front desk was a pleasure to deal w, as was Edgar. They are extremely professional and the location is lovely!
Had a GREAT experience at Auto Collision Group here in Covina!! Walter was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He even helped me get the insurance end of the process started and provided a complimentary ride home after car drop off. From start to finish service was above and beyond all around, truly made the experience smooth and stress free.
I was recommended by Chris over at Covina Chevrolet because that’s where I bought my vehicle at. I was contacted by Walter within minutes of me contacting Covina Chevrolet. He walked me through the process of what needed to be done and he help out with the process the most he could explain. Unfortunately my vehicle is not repairable, and it was to be declared a total loss. Definitely recommend them. They did explain to me that they use only OEM parts no aftermarket.
