I went there Monday and spoke with a gentleman who was very nice. He gave me an estimate on my car. I originally said I was going to pay out of pocket . My front left bumper was hanging. When they told me the actual price, i was shocked, but he explained the rust, so I stated I would go through insurance. My car is 20 years old and in very good condition. They quoted me around 3k. I had gotten into a car accident and didn’t know where to take my car. AAA recommended this place and I’m so happy I went with their recommendation. The staff is super friendly and their communication and customer service is fantastic. Not only was the staff great but my car was ready to be picked up earlier than I was expecting! They fixed my 2 doors on my escape. Passenger. Doors needed nuance, they're not even my door is a shot, right? Which means that everything that they didn't do pushed up and now my hood, it won't shot properly. They're not taking responsibility responsibility. 4 that I gotta find out who the owner is. Well-run shop and nice staff. The repair was completed early and below estimate, and the work was very good. I appreciated that they detailed the interior.
